Daniel Lee Knudson, 58, passed away Friday February 12, 2010 at Flower Hospital. He was born April 14, 1951 to John and Veda Knudson in Toledo. Daniel was a graduate of Whitmer High School class of 1969. He enjoyed studying science and astronomy, reading the works of Stephen Hawking, was an avid "Trekkie" and loved music especially blues and classic rock. He was a gifted electronics repairman for Van's Electronics Inc. in Ida, MI for the past 30 years. Daniel enjoyed spending time with his family and will be deeply missed by his sister, Diane (Jim) Yarrito; nieces, Christine (Mike) Post, Katherine (Jason) Mims, Melanie Yarrito; many great nieces, nephews and special friends. Services will be 7:30pm Monday in the Ansberg-West Funeral Home 3000 Sylvania Avenue, Toledo, Ohio where friends are invited to visit after 5:00pm Monday.
