John "Scott" Phillips, 32, formerly of Oregon, OH, passed away Wednesday February 28, 2007, in Portland, OR. He was born December 7, 1974, in Toledo. Survivors include his father, Wayne Phillips, Jr.; brother, Wayne (Danielle) Phillips, III; sisters, Lori (Greg) Heath and Lisa (Ron) Lang; nephews, Andrew and Christian and niece, Allison. Scott was preceded in death by his mother, Jean Phillips. The family will receive friends from 1-4p.m. Saturday, in the Ansberg-West Funeral Home, 3000 Sylvania Avenue, (between Douglas and Secor Roads).
