John Curtis Tifft, age 51, of Camden, Michigan died unexpectedly on June 5, 2009. Beloved husband of Brenda for 27 years and loving father to "his girls", Sarah, Emily and Elizabeth. He was preceded in death by his son, Adam. John was born in Toledo, Ohio on August 14, 1957, to Elmer and Joan (Suter) Tifft. He is survived by his siblings, Susanne, Judith (Tim) Callaghan, Sharon (Jeff) Fellman, Tom (Cathy) and Jayne (Dan) Apa. John worked for the City of Toledo Water Distribution for 19 years and was a member of AFSCME Local 7. John was loved by all who knew him. He will be greatly missed. Visitation will be held from 2-8 p.m. Tuesday at Ansberg West Funeral Home, 3000 West Sylvania Ave., Toledo, Ohio. Services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m.
