Joseph Hajduk Sr., beloved husband, father and grandfather passed away peacefully Wednesday Oct. 10, 2007 at University Medical Center.?? Joseph, age 85, was born in Oil City Pennsylvania, raised in Youngstown Ohio and became life long resident of Toledo Ohio.? He is the former owner of Thirsty Duck, and Tim's Taverns.? He was a lifelong golfer and enjoyed the love of his family and many friends. Joseph is survived by his wife of 59 years, Rosemary (Bricillo), his brothers Donald (Judy) and Tony (Phyllis) Marki, sister-in-law Janice Bricillo, his children Joseph Jr. (Janie), Cecilia (Owen) Dunn, Mary Elizabeth (Doug) Schlachter, and six grandchildren Owen (Elaine) Dunn Jr., Beth Ann Hajduk, Adam Dunn, Christopher, Eric and Kellie Schlachter.? He was preceded in death by his parents Anthony and Cecelia Marki, and sister Mary Weisgerber. Friends are invited to visit from 2-8 pm. Sunday Oct. 14 at Ansberg West- Funeral Home 3000 Sylvania Ave. Toledo Ohio.? Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated 11:00am Monday at Blessed Sacrament Church.?
