Judy Bosak

Judy Bosak departed this world from Flower Hospital to return home to God on Thursday, January 6'", 2022. Judy had a 36 year career of teaching physical education and Health and English at several Toledo area junior high schools. She coached volleyball for 26 years, along with several years of basketball, and took her volleyball team to the Toledo city championships multiple times. She was beloved by her students long after she retired. She was also well known for her rescue work with Schnauzers in the Toledo area, where she also bred and showed several champions. Judy is survived by her daughter, Patricia Bosak; brother, John Osborn and his wife Beth Muhaw; niece, Elizabeth Woodruff; great nephew Aaron, and her great niece Alana. Judy will be dearly missed by those she left behind, and the memory of her love and devotion will be cherished. The family would like to extend their gratitude to the team at Toledo Hospital and Kingston Rehab of Sylvania, along with the hospice team at Flower Hospital. A visitation will be held at Ansberg-West Funeral Home, 3000 Sylvania Avenue on Sunday, January 16th, from 1:00pm to -6:00pm. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Clement Church, 3030 Tremainsville Road on Monday, January 17th at 10:30am, with viewing in the church after 10:00am. The Funeral Mass will be livestreamed via YouTube and can be viewed by Clicking Here. Masks will be required for all attendees of both the visitation and Funeral Mass. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Judy's name to the Toledo Humane Society.
