Lloyd Harvey Lloyd Harvey Lohr, 84, of Lambertville, MI, went to be with the Lord on February 23, 2017, due to respiratory failure. He was born May 24, 1932 in Greene County, PA to Peter and Ethel G. (Wright) Lohr. He married Betty J. Parker and had 45 wonderful years together until her death in 2000. They had 4 wonderful sons together. Lloyd served proudly in the US Army during the Korean War stationed in France. He was employed with Grinnell Fire Protection for 40 years retiring in 1991. After retiring he volunteered at Flower Hospital, which he greatly enjoyed. Lloyd came to know the Lord as his personal savior in 1965 after 2 of his sons died in early childhood. Lloyd was preceded in death by his parents, 1 brother and 2 sisters, his wife, Betty; and 3 sons, Lloyd Joseph, David Grant and Peter Douglas. Surviving is his son, Timothy (Lisa) Lohr of Toledo; grandchildren, Scott (Katie), Kimberly Jones, Ricky (Michelle) all of North Carolina. Josh (Jennifer) Lohr of Seattle and Allyson (Eric) Wyatt of Holland; 7 great grandchildren; wife, Margret; step daughter, Sherry (Dave) Morris of Toledo and several step grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 1:00pm to 9:00pm Sunday at Ansberg-West Funeral Home, 3000 Sylvania Avenue, where funeral services will be held 11:00am Monday with Pastor Jeremy Rands officiating.
