Suzanne Leonhardt Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Suzanne Leonhardt, 61, passed away on May 27, 2022, in her Toledo Home. She was born in Sylvania on October 11, 1960 to LaRay and Donald Leonhardt who preceded her. She was employed as a registered nurse for 30 years at Mercy St. Vincent’s Hospital. Sue enjoyed shopping, bingo, euchre, shelling in Florida, arts and crafts, boating and especially spending time with her grandchildren, family, and friends. Many knew her as “Suzanne Jones,” which gave a great laugh for many years. Everyone would know when she was in a room simply by hearing her voice or laugh. She was laid back, kindhearted and cared for anyone that came into her presence. She was helpful, put others before herself and always made friends wherever she went. She is survived by her loving children, Craig (Lindsay) Leonhardt, Mark Leonhardt, Sara Walterscheid; grandchildren, Domonick, Landon, Pierson, Madden; siblings, Eva, Karen, and Michael. Her family wishes to extend special thanks to the nurses and caregivers at Hospice of Northwest Ohio for the excellent care that she received. Friends are invited to visit on Friday, June 3, 2022, from 4:00-8:00PM in the Ansberg-West Funeral Home, 3000 W.
